    Default problem installing o local

    Hi
Firstly I am a complete novice regarding setting up Zen Cart etc so excuse my lack of knowledge. My problem is I have downloaded yesterday the latest versions of Wamp and Zen Cart and installed them on my PC, with the sole purpose to play around with the software and try to get my head round it, so to speak. I have been using this guide
    http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=586

and have followed it to the letter, only difference being that where it says C:/wamp/apps/phpmyadmin2.10.1 to change the passwords in this folder, on my version these are in 2 seperate folders but i assumed this is not important.
Another difference is that when i go to my php Admin it goes straight in and no passord dialogue box appears.

Everything else works ok even as far as installing Zen Cart up to the database configuratin page where it will not let me go past this page as it says the server re started whilst trying to load the page.

Im probably doing something stupid and obvious but im a little lost. any suggestions or a (Total) Idiot proof guide would be appreciated.

    Regards Chris

You won't be able to use the latest WampServer (2.0.i) with Zen Cart v1.3.8a due to a PHP incompatibility.
You must use Wampserver 2.0h or older if you want to use Zen Cart v1.3.8a or older.

    2.0h: http://sourceforge.net/projects/wamp...h.exe/download
