Please help which file should i upload to my server and which SQL script should i use for new installation.

I downloaded the TPP and it has the following folders and files.

1. Doc
2. Inlcudes
3. Min

CJ_Loader_install.sql
Tabbedproductpro.sql
Tabbedproductpro_german.sql
Upgrade.sql

Now Tell me which one should upload and which sql should i use?
