White text on white background for some parts

Hi, any help appreciated on trying to sort out the following.
I want Blue text on a white background which I have form most of the site but there are some parts that are whot on a white background such as

Shopping cart total

When using estimate shipping button bring popup

On checkout

Also the link at the bottom are grey when I am after green with bold for the group I am on.

I tried the shipping estimator and got blue text on a white background.

Add this to your stylesheet to make the links at the bottom of the page green.
