here is what i have:
Enabled in Footer and Header (Footer works)
There is a different Number in each for the sort order (more than 0)
Enabled in EZ Pages Settings

using Mother earth templete with newsletter mod, images header box mod, and image catagories mod
latest version
Did I delete the hard code somewhere (have no idea where to look)
What am I missing?
