using express checkout by a premier account?

can I use Express Checkout using a "premier" account, a sticky thread named "what it is and what it is not" said "To use Express Checkout on your site, you simply need Zen Cart v1.3.7.1 (or newer) and a PayPal "business" or "premier" account."

but some threads said to use Express Checkout, a Business Account has to be set up.

So can I use this mod with a premier account?

Paypal tend to use slightly different naming and have slightly different rules in different parts of the world. Since it's their service, it would probably be best to ask their sales people in your part of the world to get a definitive answer.

Both Premier Accounts and Business Accounts can be used to collect payments using Express Checkout.

Differences:
If you use "Premier", then when the customer gets to the payPal page, they'll see your PayPal email address at the top of the screen.
If you use a "Business" account, then they'll see your business name instead.
