need help with rows pwe page

i donno if this is right place but i searched and didnt find an answer well i installed column_layout_grid_v_1_3_8 works fine but only see 2 rows of products i looked and looked and dont seem to be bale to find the info if someone could help me it would be great and thanks in advance

i see where to change colums per row but not how to put more rows then 2
