Database back up

I'm currently using version 1.3.8

I haven't dared update any further as I've moded so many of the files.

For reasons that would take to long to explain I need to back up the database from a server I don't have access to.

Zen cart accesses the database without problems. The problem is we can't access the phpmyadmin as we don't have access to that server. The original hosting company transferred ownership and we don't have an account with the new people. They deny the database is with them though it plainly is. It isn't anywhere else. As a result we need to move it....any ideas how?

You could try installing phpmybackuppro http://www.phpmybackuppro.net/ and use that to backup the database.
