Editing the Categories

Hello, I'm new here (and to Zen Cart) please be patient with me.

I am trying to remove the "->" that ends with 2 of the categories listed on my website ( http://www.cjwray.com/bellaroma - Italian & American Pizzas categories.) This is probably down to those link to sub-categories, but I really would like to know how to get rid of those "->" as it doesn't look right.

I am using a custom template and I'm running the latest Zen Cart software (Zen Cart 1.3.8a - Patch: 1:: Database Patch Level: 1.3.8)

Any help would be fantastic. Thank you.
