popup attribute - image not showing

I have installed the IH2 and Pop-up Attribute Contributions. I am trying to add images for certain attributes. The first one I tried is on the link below. Underneath "Invitation available in pink or blue ribbon" there is a drop down box with 2 color choices. Right below that you see the text "pink", which is the option value for that attribute and there should be a picture with that value. The picture name is 297_MED.jpg and I've tried putting it in the attributes image folder as well as the medium folder. I'm sure it's something simply that I'm doing wrong. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I've added a picture for Invitation Option 1....the text is there but no thumbnail image....
