Google checkout problem

Hello, I'm trying to install Google checkout and have problem.
Also my English is not very good, but I will try to explain.
Google checkout works perfectly when the page is in English.
However, when I switch site language in Bulgarian,(but this happens only when you are on Shopping cart page,all other pages is ok),two buttons, Google and PayPal checkout disappear together with the whole right part of the site.
Pictures 1, when all is ok and picture 2 when is not ok.
This is my Zen Cart version: 1.3.8a
