Discounts on all products for certain members

Hi All

My discount problem,
3. Add blank discount applied on checkout as below:
a) Discount of $25 applied to all orders above 250sq.ft
b) Discount of $50 applied to all orders above 500sq.ft
c) Discount of $100 applied to all orders above 1000sq.ft

this will be apply on the final order price,
