Today I sent out my monthly newsletter to oneo fo my subscriber lists. I was notifed by a couple customers that they received an error message saying their IP address was being Blocked by my hosting server's Firewall.

Anyone ever have this experience. . I submitted a ticket to my hosting service over 4 hours ago but still haven't heard back.
