Email Archiving Mgr installed but blank page

I have installed the E-mail Archive Manager add-on following the instructions supplied and have turned archiving on. I am using version 1.3.6. When I try and use the module I get just the zencart menu and no messages or prompts. However if I add "?action=trim" to the URL I do see messages and some prompts for deletion. Any idea what is wrong? Many thanks

Probably something in your FTP upload didn't complete properly, or your FTP program converted the files to double-spacing and left extra blank lines at the end of the files thus creating syntax errors.
