Certain Admin Functions Not Working

I recently tried to upgrade to the newest version. I had too many problems at the time so i restored from back ups of the site.

I have links module installed, and simple seo module.

1. If I try to delete a link that was submitted pending approval it goes back to the initial admin log on page. (customers/Orders)

2. If i try to edit any information on a customer such as name, I hit update, it goes back to admin log on screen, with customers/orders and the changes do not take effect

I am able to change an order from pending to delivered

Using Version 1.3.7 / PHP Version 5.2.9

Also getting this when completing paypal ipn when returning to site:

1054 Unknown column 'zen_order_id' in 'field list'
in:
[SELECT zen_order_id, paypal_ipn_id, payment_status, txn_type, pending_reason FROM zen_paypal WHERE txn_id = '9YH76566D4925200A' OR parent_txn_id = '9YH76566D4925200A' ORDER BY zen_order_id DESC ]

The error on the field: zen_order_id is caused by the upgrade changing the table from zen_order_id to order_id in the table zen_paypal ... if you are back to v1.3.7 you need to rename that field back from order_id back to zen_order_id ...

NOTE: you will probably need to fix the indexes on that table as well ...
