Everything just got smaller

I'm hoping this isn't a permanent problem and I'm not sure if it has happened to anyone else but.. while customising this and that without touching the stylesheet suddenly everything reduced size on my site (only in firefox) including in the admin as if the screen resolution had gotten smaller.. other sites in the browser have not reduced but mine has. Can anyone offer urgent advice as to how to get things back to normal?

in your firefox browser , click on View > Zoom > Reset . that might help .. but can not give more advice , if there is no link to check .
