setting up zen as a courier online paid service

This may sound a little bizarre but does anyone know if it is possible to create a zen shop as an online courier service. What I'm trying to do is for a client to log in, enter their parcels details and then get an instant quote. Following this should they accept, they add to cart and pay. Would it be a matter of creating numerous parcel sizes and weight as an item? I don't know if there are any other kinds of carts more to suited to my request.

delivery is to be made to, if required,.

Thanks for your fast reply Misty. There is a site which I'd like to create similar and on their site you enter the parcel details; size, weight and it then sends you to a list of couriers (DHL, etc) You then choose courier, add to cart, pay and then enter address details. I couldn't get the same but would like something along those lines and was wondering if a shopping cart would suffice?

As mentioned in previous post...is possible..create category, parcel, then products into category, then add attributes(options) accordingly....you would also have to enter as another attribute, carrier option/s for each parcel/product..
