Quantity Box per attribute

does anybody know of a way to have multiple quantity boxes per product.
I have 1 product but this product has various sizes, and each size need to have a quantity box.

So if a person wants 10 dry flies, 3 of 1 size, 3 of another size, etc. I need to be able to set up the attributes to let you pick and choose how many of each.

I thought about setting it up so that you have a drop down box of the sizes, then a quantity box next to that set as an attribute quantity. But what happens if somebody put 10 in the total quantity box, but orders 15 in the attributes box.

Any input in this would be greatly appreciated.
