Gift Certificate not subtracting

Hello all,

I just re-installed the new Zen Cart, and everything works great. I am able to buy and release gift certificates. I go to make a purchase and the cart says I have money on the gift certificate to redeem. I put in the full amount, and it redeems it. It does not, however, subtract the gift certificate from the total.

I can not seem to figure out what is wrong. When I first installed the cart (I put it in the wrong place hence the need to reinstall) the gift certificate worked very well.

Can anyone help?

I just re-uploaded all of the files (in case I may have messed something up) but it still does not work. Here is an example:

Sub-Total: $18.00
Flat Rate: $6.00
Discount Coupon: -$1.80
CA TAX 8.75%: $1.42
Gift Certificates: -$10.00

Total: $25.82

So actually this number is really messed up. The total of the product, shipping, and tax is 25.42. If should then subtract the coupon code and the gift certificate.
