Default How to Enable Payment Method when Total is Zero?

Hello, Hoping some Zen guru can answer my query :)

We are developing a wholesale site where customers can PLACE AN ORDER but there will be no prices on the items. Our customers will already be existing ones so they know what pricing they have with us and the site will just be used as an alternative for them to Place an Order, rather than faxing it or calling it in.

Anyhow, since there are no prices on it, when checking out the totals are zero and payment methods are disabled. Is there an easy way to enable them in the payment module codes?

I am assuming that both Payment and Shipping are $0.00 ...

If so, install the Zen Cart Free Charge Card freecharger ... this will now show as a Payment method on the checkout_payment ...

For Shipping of 0.00, you can use the FREE SHIPPING! freeshipper to handle the checkout_shipping ...

Well we actually wanted a payment method like normal, e.g credit card offline processing. Is there a way for this to show up even if all shipping and product costs are $0?

You could just change the Language file and make it read ...

    Bill me later!

    or something more appropriate ...

Same with the FREE SHIPPING! ... change the language file ...

    Language files are in:
    /includes/languages/english/modules/payment
    /includes/languages/english/modules/shipping

and your template and override files go in:
    /includes/languages/english/modules/payment/your_template_dir
    /includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/your_template_dir
