gift certificate emails

What file controls the emails we send out with the gift certificates.

I wanted to add how to use it after they click the redeem link for some think they are no good since it tells them that it has been claimed...lol

I did add it to the redeem page but would like to add it to the email too.

I tried editing the gv_send.php but the wording that appears in it is not what appears on the actual email...plus it did not appear in the test email i sent out nor on the page where we enter the info for the gc.

If you want it on the page where the Gift Certificate is Redeemed, you can customize the language file:
/includes/languages/english/gv_redeem.php

and use your templates and overrides to make your changes ...

If you want to customize it for what is sent out in the email, you can start with program file that builds the email to see what you want to customize:
/admin/gv_mail.php

and the language file:
/admin/includes/languages/english/gv_mail.php

Note: there are no override files for the Admin files ...

I managed to doctor the redeem page and the gv FAQ too...lol

I thought it might be the one in admin...so I shall take a peek at it again and see what it does...and also look at the language file again but I did not see the wording there either.

it might be a bit of overkill but I have it on redeem page, FAQ page and yes the email was able to be added the info now...if they still miss the info I can not help it...lol
