I set the tax rate of all my goods (UK VAT @15%). It displays fine in the store, however when it comes to checkout the tax disappears.

For example the product is priced at £39.12 + 15% = £44.99 which is what shows in the store.

On checkout I only see

£0.00Free Shipping:

£39.12Total:

How can I get the tax to display?

Also is there a way to display "including VAT" on the product page?
