Category - Product listing - displaying Defined Page

I know it is something that I have done, What I have is the Defined Page (define_main_page.php) displaying in some but not all of my product categories and not the sub-categories (those are fine). When I create a new category it does the same thing show define_main_page.php before it displays the sub categories.

Can anyone guide me in the direction I need to go in to find where I made this error.

I am using the Column Layout Grid and Divider. This is only in this latest customization of this specific template- I still have an earlier version that does not have this problem.

I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction so that I don't have to go backwards to far.
