Shop internal links preventing sitemap crawler

I'm using the current version of Zen Cart and I have looked for the answer to this question in the Wiki, forums and tutorials.

I've bought 'XML Sitemap" and installed it in my shop, but it won't crawl the shop because, according to my webhost,

"It seems that all shop links are pointing to your main domain (http://www.my-bookcafe.com/shop/index.php?....), but your site map crawler starting URL is https://dprhensim45.doteasy.com/~my-bookcafe.com/. As a result, all your shop internal links are automatically excluded from sitemap because only pages from the same domain as Starting URL will be included in the sitemap.
Perhaps you can try to update your shop links to the https://dprhensim45.doteasy.com/~my-bookcafe.com/ version and see if that works for you."

My question probably sounds dumb, but what do they mean by my shop links?
And how can I find them all and update them all?

This looks like a shared SSL address. A sitemap shouldn't be showing secure pages (login, checkout, etc.), should it? Your Zen Cart site is in a /shop/ subfolder, and going to your root domain address looks identical to the https root page except for the url. Where did you install the xml sitemap?
