Couple Questions

I am curious how I can make a couple changes.

1 is that in my "estimate shipping costs" window right now the customers see:
Estimate Shipping Costs
Total Items: 2 Weight: 1lbs Amount: $5.98

I dont want them to see the weight. I thouht I set the settings to not show that but it still shows it. How do I stop it from showing the shipping weight?


Also, when I edit the invoice it has 4 options: "Pending[1], Processing[2], Delivered[3], Update[4]

I want to change "delivered" to "shipped" how do I do that?
