Position of Attributes Controller on Product Page

Just a quick Q,

Is there a way of moving the Attributes Controller on the product page?

I am wanting to move it up closer to the product image.

Click on the orange tab on the top of this page Tutorials/Faq and type in the search box move Add to cart, you will get it

Are you referring to this page:

If so, as I understand it, this is for moving the order around for things on the product page.

I am just actually after moving the Attributes Controller up about 5-100 px towards the product image.

Is there a way to do this?
