Help: output handler 'ob_gzhandler' conflicts with 'zlib output compression'

Running 1.38a+sec+FEC, hosted by 1and1.

Zlib module (v1.2.3) is loaded, zlib.output_compression = off, zlib.output_compression_level = -1, zlib.output_handler = ''.

I've got the debug script loaded and I'm getting the subject error; what do I need to do to get compression to work?

OK, I figured it out. Apparently, 1and1 pre-starts the gzip compression; that's why the init_gzip.php gets the warning. I disabled gzip compression in the admin and now at least the HTML files are being compressed. I'll have to search around some more to figure out how to get the .CSS and .JS files compressed as well.
