Several Options Within Product...

Ok. I've ran into an issue I am hoping someone can direct me in the right path. Here's this issue:

I have several options within 1 product. When choosing different options there is a different price. Ok. I've set that up to either take away or add to the base price.

Now when someone selects two of these options, the price will be different. Where would I add the difference between only these two options? What box? Offset?? Not sure. I need to connect only the two options with the price difference. I hope I explained myself correctly.

Just wanted to add this note:

When customer chooses 1 of the two options I spoke of in above post the price is right. When they choose both of these options the price is off. How can I fix this?
