Thanks Doctor.. it's just Paypal is still showing the API username from the last server (& domain) which I moved and really think that I should be using one from the new domain. Should I add a new one? But what would it be? This page says that I need to contact the shopping cart (zen) to get the API username .. I just can't remember what I did for the old server.

That link is irrelevant. Zen Cart doesn't operate as a 3rd-party to your shopping cart. That's a completely different architecture.
You only have ONE API username assigned to your PayPal account. You use THAT SAME username/password/signature in ALL your Zen Cart stores which use that PayPal account. So, just use the same API username that you've been using already. It's the same one that's listed in your PayPal account already.
