Zencart 1.3.8 is installed

I am looking for a way to charge an activation fee and reoccuring billing in ZenCart using PayPal.

I run a VOIP phone company and Web Hosting business and some plans need to be billed every month while some plans also have activation fees.

Is there anything in zen cart that can help me?
