Checkout Success probelm

Hi all, Im really struglling here,

When completing checkout, for some reason it says

Thank You! We Appreciate your Business!



and then comes up with it again, I have checked the checout_success.php file and it looks fine, im using the order steps module, but that seems to be fine as well, has anybody else come across this, or can advise where to look to find where this is duplicating

I have still not found a cure to this, does anybody know how to correct this problem?

Finally found it, it was in tpl_checkout_success_default.php there were duplicate lines in my template, one at the top and one under gift certificates
