Best Attribute Mod?

Hello,

I was looking for a bit of advice.

I am wanting to have 1 specific product have the ability of choosing 2 attributes associated with that product (size and colour).

I have other products that use 1 attribute, however I only have the 1 product that requires 2.

I see there are a few attribute mods, and was just wondering if someone could comment as to which one would be the best for my situation (or even just which one they prefer).

I see there is;

Product Attribute Grid
Improved Attributes Controller

Anyone who could comment on these would be greatly appreciated.

Improved Attributes Controller is an admin mod to make it quicker to set up attributes for products. It might be worthwhile to have if you do a lot of attribute work.

You don't need any mods to use multiple attributes, unless you need to keep track of inventory for attributes or attribute combinations. Then you can look at Stock by Attributes or Product Attribute Grid to see which fits your needs better.

Thanks for the reply - I didn't realise you could do that with the standard install.

Can I ask another question?

How do I get the 2 attributes for the 1 product to display close to each other, unlike what is now currently showing:

Either as 1 above the other, or both of the same line.

All sorted now.

I added:

#productAttributes .clearBoth {clear:left;}
to the css.

Is there an attribute mod, that can add attributes to a category? Meaning if im selling category beds and want all items in category to have attributes Mattresses types sealy,serta,etc. whats the best mod?

In the Attributes Controller ... you will see that there is a Copy button to Copy all Attributes from 1 Product to 1 Product ... as well as from 1 Product to a Category of Products ...
