Adding link to my create_account.php file

Hello,

I hope I can explain this correctly. Currently when a customer signs up for my newsletter they get a general autoresponder telling them their account has been created. I believe (although not 100% sure) it's in the includes>languages>english>create_account.php file.

I would like to add to this auto responder additional information such as:
Click this link if you would like to Become a Fan on Facebook

I'm not very good at coding so not sure how to do this as well if this is the correct place. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using zen 1.3.8 by the way.

try your site>email>email_template_newsletters.html

You can add html before the footer.
