I want to accept payment via Google Checkout, but despite fiddling various times I don't seem to be able to work out how to make the postage options work with the integrated payment module.

To work round this I would like to change the wording on the Cash On Delivery option to read Google Checkout, so that the order would come in and then I could send the customer an invoice manually via Google Checkout. Does this sound like something that is possible? Can anyone see any reason why it wouldn't work? And finally how many files would I have to go in and change to allow me to use this option?
