Log In page issue

Users can no longer create a log in for my website.

After going to the Log In page, new users have no where to input their information. I'm not sure where the issue would be.
Any help would be appreciated.

Also if a user logs in I would like the shopping cart side box to be displayed on the left side of the screen rather than the right. I am currently using all the space available on the right side for text and pictures.

You've been hacked. You can restore your login by going to Admin - Configuration - My Store and removing the junk the hackers inserted into Store Name.

Then do all this:

Once you've cleaned everything up and have installed the security patches, you can move sideboxes around in Admin - Tools - Layout Boxes Controller.
