How good is the support for RBS Worldpay

I'm looking at using RBS WorldPay to process my credit card orders and zen-cart as my shopping cart solution.

Unfortunately WorldPay does not list zen-cart as a support shopping cart solution.

Two questions:

1- How good is the zen-cart support for WorldPay?

2- My e-business will be Japanese/English and targeting the Japan market. Anyone have any experience using zen-cart with WorldPay (or just WorldPay) for Japan? Was it a good or bad experience?

We have been using worldpay since past few years on zen cart 1.37. Once the payment module is installed we have not needed any kind of support. Plus their is a worldpay thread in the forum section which you can always consult in case there is any problem.

Hold off a few days before you commit to anything with worldpay.

If you read the worldpay support thread you will see there is an awful amount of confusion in regards to technical / security changes worldpay are making. One of which is due to go live tomorrow morning. A lot of zen cart stores are having major dispaly problems with the confirmation pages displayed by worldpay. Some templates seem ok, others are terrible. Basically worldpay display a confirmation page that they render themselves based on your own pages. For security reasons certain html tags and scripts are about to be blocked leading to horrible looking pages.

At the very least you must have an SSL cert installed on your own site ( as your referenced stylesheets will not be called upon if they are not hosted securely ) but other scripts used in some templates will also not be shown.

Furthermore the chap who wrote the module has had a falling out with the admins here and appears to be no longer supporting it. When Zen Cart 2 comes out you will not be able to upgrade to it unless someone else rewrites the worldpay module.

I'd strongly advise you to wait and confirm that someone with the same template you intend to use / base your stores template on has successfully negotiated the upgrade.

I'm considering Worldpay at the moment as well and I have a few questions for those who use it:

- The recent problems/issues are mostly display problems due to changes Worldpay are making for security or whatever reasons?

- If Worldpay construct the confirmation page, is there any issue with displaying multiple tracking pixels on there? I'm assuming they have to be SSL?

I'm currently using CCNow which is really inflexible with the confirmation page, which of screws up stock level updating and is very inflexible with affiliate pixel placements.
