Hi,

I am having some formatting issues on my Zen cart front end.

Some of the dashes and spaces that appear normal in the back end of the catalog (even on the page preview), appear as black boxes containing question marks in the front end.

I have also noted that the item description is shifted pretty far to the right.

Can someone please provide me with some direction to fix this?
