    Default Moving an item on special

    I recently moved some products that were on special from one category to another. When I clicked on those products in the specials list, they came up but the category highlighted in the categories sidebox was the old category instead of the new one, and clicking on "next listing" resulted in a "product not found" error. Has anyone else seen this happen? Any fix?

    In the specials, delete it and the add it again.

    I would think that there would be some way to fix the code so you don't have to work around this. Has anyone done that? If not, is there anyone who can (and would)?

    I cannot reproduce this ...

    I have a product that is on Special in categories_id 53 ... click on Specials ... click on Product and go to categories_id 53 ...

    I move it to categories_id 68 ... click on Specials ... click on Product and go to categories_id 68 ...

    I just tried moving an item on special from one category to another and viewing it in the specials list and it works the way it's supposed to. I honestly can't remember how I created the issue, but I'm going to guess that I copied a product (linked product) to a second category and then ended up deleting it from the master category without redefining the master category first. As usual, probably operator error. Thanks for checking, and sorry for the wild goose chase. I'm still learning Zen.
