Install SQL Patches menu option appearing twice in admin tools menu

I've just transferred a site and when looking at the TOOLS menu in the ADMIN panel, I notice that "Install SQL Patches" is appearing twice in the dropdown selections...

Any ideas why? And how do I get the duplicate off the menu?

OK... I found a file in:

Admin/includes/boxes/extra_boxes/

called: sqlpatch_tools_dhtml.php

(Must have got there through some mod install!)

I just renamed it to: sqlpatch_tools_dhtml.BAK

And the duplicate menu option has disappeared and the function still works under the remaining menu option.

I will, of course, look at possible hack activity to see if there is anything rogue about this file, but at first glance it looks OK.

If anyone thinks it is rogue, please let me know.
