How to handle shipping costs

I would like the shipping costs behave as follows:

If order weight < 2 then cost = 5
if order weight > 2 and < 5 then cost = 8
and so on..

Is there some module for this?
I am not sure if table rate shipping module can provide this, anyways I didn't find it among the contributed mods..

Table Rate table is the shipping module to use ...

Set to Weight, then set it up as:
1.99:5.00,4.99:8.00,etc:etc.etc
