Need help finding linked text

Can someone pls explain to me where I can find this text

Just below the header Is 2 words that are grey color (MSHADES OPTICNERVE) and they link to the 2 categories that I have entered so far.

Where can I find these 2 grey words so I can edit them from text to image

I have looked everywhere for them

Edit them how? Style? or the words themselves?

These words are your topmost category.... you can edit the words in the same place you entered them.

Style is another matter all together....
