    Default Newsletter Error

We have been sending emails newsletters about once a week... we'll get hundreds of green check marks, but then we'll get this redish colored screen (image below) that goes on and on and on forever with this same error message. The error we get basically says that emails couldn't be delivered.

It says error:failed sending email to (customer name) with subject could not instantiate mail function. please check admin - config - email options - email transport.

We are using a linux server and our email transport is set to PHP. We don't get this problem all the time, just every once in a while.

Does anyone know why this is happening or what we can do to correct it?

We've blurred out a couple things on the screen shot to protect privacy.

    Default Re: Newsletter Error

Check if your host has an email limit...

Hosting email is usually for conducting business and not advertising as a newsletter is -
think of it as needing a stamp for each customer
