I cant upload new images - they appear as a box with a red X in - please help!

Hi,

I have hundreds of products on my site and have never had a problem uploading them before, but now all of a sudden I cant upload new images. Every time I try the image just appears as a big box with a red X in the corner.

Ive tried everything I can think of such as;

- Renaming the file
- Resizing the file
- Creating a completely new file in photoshop
- Saving as another file type

Im not brilliant with all this IT stuff so Im not sure what else to do and dont really want to mess with the zencart site settings in case I wreck something!

I dont have anyone to help on this so would really apprecaite any help and guidance you can give.

I wondered whether something had somehow been reset in the admin or something? but like I say I dont want to mess with it and I dont know how that could have happened anyway because I havent changed anything.

The even more annoying and wierd part of this is that every now and then I try an image that does work and that goes on as normal - so that made me think it was the image itself, but after trying all of the above things including resizing the image so that its the same size as the one that does work but im still stuck!

We need the URL... not a cryptic puzzle No idea what " ... " means.

If you don't want your url to show, use the URL embedding feature (Planet and chain icon) in the posting window menu.

Sorry Ive never been on here before and I noticed it said about hiding your URL and that I should put spaces in between.
