Formatting Issues with Attributes

Hello
I am having problems with formatting my attributes for my products.
My site is www.oceanseacretsliverock.com/shop

If you select the pink bubble tip anemone in the new products section you can see the attributes that I have added.

I would like the option names and option values be net to each other and not so much spacing between option names.

I would also like the list of attributes be under the number in stock. (not as much spacing as there is now)

I would like to know if this can be editing in the admin section or do I have to edited the php file? If so, what is the name of the file/files?

Since those fields are just for information, and aren't selectable by the customer, I wouldn't use attributes. I would just include that info in the product description.
