Sales Report CSV Export Errors

I've just installed the Sales Report addon and it is working correctly except when I try to export to CSV.

I am getting error messages in the first column (Start Date in this case) along the following lines:

<b>Warning</b>: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in <b>D:\Inetpub\crowleycheese\ZenCart\admin\includes\classes\sales_report.php</b> on line <b>908</b><br />

<b>D:\Inetpub\crowleycheese\ZenCart\admin\includes\classes\sales_report.php</b> on line <b>915</b><br />

<b>Warning</b>: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in <b>D:\Inetpub\crowleycheese\ZenCart\admin\includes\classes\sales_report.php</b> on line <b>930</b><br />

End Date and other data display correctly though are offset in the Excel spreadsheet by the error message. The same set of three appears for each line in the report, which displays correctly in screen or print view.
