How do I get rid of the "Congrulations" message on main page

Hello, I just installed Zen Cart and getting to know my way around. Have created the basics for a custom template, so far seems pretty straight forward.

However, I cannot figure out where the title for the main page is coming from. It has the successful install message:

"Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution."

I have looked all over the settings and the template files to see where this may be coming from -- and I am lost.

How do I get rid of this and change it to something more meaningful?

I did go through the FAQ's. I can see where to change category titles, EZ-page titles, etc. I have even went into the define pages where the text for define_main_page.php and change that.

This is a fresh install. I have the congratulations message at the top of the main page. All I want to know is how do I get rid of it or better yet, change it to read something else?

As mentioned before, I am getting to know my way around the template system and it is pretty straight forward. I am stuck and cannot find any information or documentation to this regard.

I use the search function on the tutorials/faq page and searched for Congratulation, and this is what I found
