Help with COD - Cash on delivery

Dear friends I am "almost" done setting up the store, but I have "something going bump in the night..." my web store's COD section does not show up. right it shows "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time."

It is sort of a big problem since the main means of charging we will use is COD and nothing is making it work, it just won't show COD on the Step 2 Payment. The other payment methods work ok.

I have tried playing with the zones, payments and following everu posible FAQ I have found but don;t know what's wrong with it or me!? If you wish to enter the store itself to see let me know. I have no problems with giving you an admin pass so you may have a looksei...

Hello! Stevesh, thanks for writing; I did find that threat before and tried playing arround with what they told me but without possitive result

The store is empty I have not started uploading anything this is delaying any starting efforts

If anyone wants adminstrator acces to the store and would like to get in and actually see what's up it's fine with me. Call me desperate!! hehehe. The whlo thing is backed up so no problem.
