cant get shipping weight to go away from listing

im using this version
Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Patch: 1::
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8


ive tried changing in configeration all mention of show shipping to 0 (supposed to be off) and it still shows in my listings. how do i get the shipping weight of the item to not show in each individual listing?

If So,
admin panel/ catalog/ product types/ product-general, click the edit layout on the far right hand side

1. Show Attribute Weight: set this to 0

it was actualyl show weight not attribute weight (both options are there) but in any case that worked. thank you very much for the help. that was driving me nuts :)
