I added the security patches for 1.3.8 and now each site is having a little different issue. Once site is saying "thanks for setting up zen-cart" another is showing the site but none of the template images, and another is just not working at all.
Any ideas about what to do? I also made the name change for the admin folder.

I know this may sound like a silly question, but did you make all your site customizations using the overrides system?

Double check that you installed the security updates in the correct folder(s).
