Options and Attributes

I have been trying to work this out for a few days now and I need help. The site sells photographs, there should be the option of framed or matted, each with five sizes. When I set up 2 option names with drop downs which left the customer with 2 drop down areas to choose, thus adding 2 products to the cart as opposed to just 1. Can someone tell me what I am missing here? Again the chioce would be 1st framed or matted, and then choose a size. Please help!

Re: Options and Attributes

Jo,
admin panel/ catalog/ option value manager

  1. Need to add this
  2. Parameters Please Select Frame 0
  3. Then use the attribute controller to associate to the product
  4. Notice right now if you add to the cart it will choose the first attribute, not very professional
  5. Add it, and notice what happens when you click add to cart
