I have a client that is using PayPal Express Checkout with ZenCart and he is getting a lot of failed transactions because customers are not typing in addresses correctly (even though this are honest mistakes and not fraudsters). Is there a way to turn off PayPal's fraud filters? Either by changing PayPal profile settings or altering zenCart code?
